There are a few steps to obtaining a title bond for a motor vehicle in the State of Arkansas.
You will need:
1. Proof of ownership of the vehicle, such as a bill of sale.
2. Verification of the motor vehicle identification number (VIN) which is done by Arkansas State Police or a local law enforcement officer. The form is provided by the officer doing the verification.
3. Statement of Facts form (10-345), which you can find here, https://www.dfa.arkansas.gov/images/uploads/motorVehicleOffice/IssanceOfBondedTitle.pdf.
The Statement of Facts form provides the address to submit all the above documents. If the state approves the vehicle for a title bond, you will receive bond forms and a letter of approval which will let you know how much the bond should be.
Once you have received the approval letter from the state, you can then fill out the application on our site and email us a copy of the approval letter at info@ezsuretybonds.com.
Please do not fill out an application with us before taking the necessary steps with the state. You first need to know if you are eligible with the state for a bonded title before purchasing the bond.
You’ll know if you need a surety bond because some entity will have required you to obtain one. They must also inform you of which specific bond type you’ll need. There are thousands of bonds across the country, all of which vary by state and industry.
